· Stop organising for roles. Start organising for outcomes. Build fluid teams around
problems to be solved, with humans and AI contributing side by side. AI agents
do not fit neatly into job descriptions.

· Treat AI as a colleague, not a tool. If people only see AI as software, adoption
stalls. Invest in helping teams understand how to delegate, challenge, and
collaborate with AI confidently and ethically.

· Redefine what “high performance” looks like. Productivity is no longer about individual
effort alone. Reward people who can orchestrate human and AI capabilities to
deliver better outcomes faster.

· Upskill for judgement, not just prompts. Technical fluency matters, but critical
thinking, decision-making, and accountability matter more when AI is doing part
of the work.

· Rewrite learning and development for a world of constant change. Static skills
frameworks will not survive agentic AI. Focus on adaptability, experimentation,
and continuous learning loops.

· Lead the culture shift, do not delegate it. Fear and scepticism around AI are people
issues, not IT issues. People leaders must model curiosity, realism, and
responsible ambition.

· Design for augmentation, not replacement. The organisations that win will be those
where people feel amplified by AI, not quietly threatened by it.

· Get comfortable with ambiguity. There will be fewer clear career ladders and more
evolving paths. Help employees navigate growth in a world where roles change
faster than titles.
